Bachelor in Paradise alums Raven Gates and Adam Gottschalk are officially husband and wife now. The couple had found each other in season four of Bachelor in paradise in 2017.   

The duo dating for years and engaged in 2019, had been awaiting this day for a while now; after much delay because of the ongoing pandemic, they finally walked down the aisle on April 16, Friday. The news was first reported by People.

 The duo had taken on their Instagram three days ahead of their wedding to break the happy news to their fans and followers. Raven Gates, overwhelmed with emotions, told People, "We've been waiting for this day for a long time! "I'm so happy to get married to someone I love so much."

The wedding took place in Dallas, Texas, following every covid protocol and was attended by 20 people of close friends and family only. Sources said that guests at the event were mostly vaccinated and covid tested; Gottschalk said, "We wanted to make sure everyone was safe."  

Raven Gates, a boutique owner, and Adam Gottschalk, a real estate investor, talking about their relationship, said that the two were completely poles apart in every way but shared the same values and were attracted to each other instantly.   

  After much delay, Adam and Raven finally got married this Friday on April 16.

Raven expressed little disappointment over the delayed wedding that ruined her original plan. The Bachelor alum said, "I'm just kind of like sad because I had this master plan that I was going to get pregnant right away and in 2021 we were going to have a baby, but that's not the case."

The newly-wedded further said that they are looking forward to their future together and are very excited for the next chapter.
