The actress's earliest credits include the Zenon trilogy, Johny Tsunami, and Kim Possible. Born to Karen Storms and sportscaster Mike Storms, Kirsten says she released her dream to become a soap opera actress early on.

Only five months after their impromptu wedding, the couple welcomed their daughter, Harper Rose Barash, in January 2014. Call it a repercussion of marrying in haste or a mismatch, but the duo soon started complaining of troubles in their marriage. The pair even sought professional help to mitigate their differences. 

Kristen Storms: Three Years Of Marriage

Kristen Storms and Brandon Barash confirmed they were splitting three years after their marriage. "This was not a hasty decision; a lot of thought and therapy went into it," Storms told People. Also, the duo later opined that they feel it would be healthier for everyone if they raised their daughter in separate homes.   

Barash, 42, has credits in Gilmore Girls, Timeless, The West Wing, and Days of Our Lives. Before Storms, he was engaged to actress Natalie Hall and married to his first wife, Susan Gale. After her divorce, Storms was linked with a musician named Elias Paul Reidy.

Storms has had health issues throughout her years in General Hospital. The actress recently revealed she was diagnosed with a cyst in her brain, after which she had to undergo brain surgery. Storms is in recovery now, so that fans won't see the actress as Maxie.
