Lindsay Lohan Is Married to Bader Shammas

Actress and singer Lindsay Lohan is officially off the market. The former child star is reportedly married to her financier fiancee Bader Shammas. A former child actor, Lohan found fame with the television soap opera Another World, Disney's The Parent Trap, Life-Size, Get a Clue, and eventually rose to wider acclaim with the sleeper hit Mean Girls. Lindsay's private nuptial with Shammas comes almost eight months after the couple announced their engagement.  

Lohan, 36, was seemingly destined for a career in showbiz. Scouted by Ford Models at three, Lohan had an enviable start in her glamorous life, modeling for over 60 tv commercials and children's clothing brands. Lohan experienced the high and lows of Hollywood very early in her career, and in 2014, the Mean Girls actress left the United States and moved to Dubai permanently for a fresh start. As for Lohan's non-celebrity husband, Shammas is a Dubai-based financier and a very private person.

Lohan is married, and sadly, fans aren't getting a peek inside the couple's magical day. The Mean Girls alum hasn't shared any snippets of her intimate wedding, but Lohan did post a sweet tribute to Shammas, where she calls the financier her husband and herself "the luckiest woman in the world." Posting a picture of herself embracing Shammas, Lohan writes, "I'm the luckiest woman in the world." Surprisingly, the announcement came on Lohan's 36th birthday on July 2. Fans are speculating if the duo tied the knots on Lohan's birthday.

The 36-year-old actress adds, "You found me, and I knew that I wanted to find happiness and grace, all at the same time. I am stunned that you are my husband, my life and everything. Every woman should feel like this everyday."Fans and celebrities have since flocked to Lohan's comment section to congratulate the pair on their important milestone.

Lohan and Bader announced their engagement last year in November. Posting a loved-up snap of the couple, Lohan wrote, "My love, my life, my future, my family," while flaunting her huge diamond sparkler. The pair are believed to have dated for three years before getting engaged. During an interview in 2019, Lohan described her type, and it can't be coincident that Bader checks all the boxes.

"I want to date a guy who's a businessman," The Parent Trap actress said. Lindsay added, "Who doesn't have an Instagram," Shammas does have an Instagram page, but the financier has kept it private despite the zealous curiosity of Lohan's fans and the media. Lohan explains, "Who is completely off the grid in terms of that kind of stuff, (social media)."Lohan debuted her then-new-boyfriend Shammas in February 2020.

The actress's mother, Dina Lohan, dished her daughter's budding romance with Bader, saying, "Lindsay is dating a wonderful guy right now, but that's neither here nor there. When she is ready to talk about her personal life, she will." Looking back at Lindsay's recent interviews, the actress and Bader might have had a destination wedding. "I'm looking at destinations. I've already started talking to a friend about the dress," Lindsay said while revealing that she and Bader are on the same page about a low-key wedding.

One of the in-demand actresses during her time, Lohan's active dating history doesn't come as a surprise. Lohan's extensive dating portfolio begins with the former teen idol star Aaron Carter, who casually dated Lohan after his split from Hilary Duff in 2002. The two former teen idols lasted nearly a year. Lohan famously dated The 70s Show star Wilmer Valderrama, seven years her senior, on and off for a year.

Lindsay had a summer fling with the late restaurateur Harry Morton in 2006. The couple made steamy appearances in public and at award functions before calling it quits the same year. Lindsay and Mortan kept an amicable bond until the end, when Mortan died of a heart attack in 2019. "Best friends, best life," the actress wrote while posting a heartfelt tribute to Harry.

Does Lohan identify herself as bisexual? No, but the actress had an experimental and quite infamous relationship with Dj Samantha Ronson in 2008. "I was bold enough to say, 'Yeah, I like a girl," Lohan confessed years later. Lohan and Ronson's headlines-filled romance fizzled out quickly. In an interview, the Mean Girls actress recalled the relationship to be toxic. "I needed to love myself first before I could be with anyone. And I was going through a lot. Two toxic people cannot be together. End of story," Lindsay said while dishing on her equation with Ronson.

As you now reckon, the former teen idol has dated quite the number throughout her career, but only Shammas has been lucky enough to walk down the aisle with Lohan. Before Bader, Lohan was in a relationship with Russian millionaire Egor Tarabasov; the pair were even engaged at one point, but things ended badly for the duo, with Lohan accusing Egor of physically abusing her.
