"I almost got married very young," Lori says, referring to her brief engagement with soccer player Memphis Depay in 2017 when she was only 20. She adds, "I felt like I hadn't really experienced anything. I didn't really know myself, I didn't really know what I liked, what I didn't like. I just feel like I hadn't really experienced life."

"If you are too close to your exes, that's a red flag," Harvey says before noting, "I don't want y'all to have beef either, because that gets messy." While discussing green flags, the entrepreneur says she does appreciate transparency in a partner. "I was actually a horrible communicator," Lori shares. Further reflecting on her dating experience, the SKN by LH founder says, "I just didn't realize that it was that bad, but I learned. It's something that I've been actively working on."

Lori and Jordan confirmed their romance in January 2021. "He is a nice guy. I like him, I'm pulling for him. He's a great guy. I met his father and everything, but that was a lot," Lori's father, Steve Harvey, said in one of the many conversations where he backed the Creed II star and gave him a yes as his future son-in-law. When the news of Lori and Jordan's split emerged, sources claimed the two still loved each other, but they weren't on the same page in their relationship.
"[She] wasn't ready to commit. She is very focused on her career. Lori realized that they weren't on the same page [while they] were making plans for their future," an insider said while revealing that the Black Panther actor was ready to settle down with the model. Before Jordan, Lori famously dated rapper Future, who, after the breakup, took a dig at Lori in his song Maybach.

When asked what makes her feel powerful in a relationship, Lori answers, "My values, standards and my requirements."
