'Love Island' host Caroline Flack dies by Suicide

British TV host, Caroline Flack passed away!

Caroline Flack, one of the most revered British TV host has died at a mere age of 40. The Associated PressThe Associated Press confirmed the tragic news.

Famous for hosting 'Love Island,' a British dating reality show, Caroline passed away after attempting suicide. Her family lawyer told A.P. she was found at her residence unconscious after which her death was confirmed.

Flack hosted the famous reality show from 2015 to last December 2019. She was evicted from the show after being accused of physical assault by her boyfriend, tennis star, Lewis Burton. Laura Whitmore, later on, replaced her.

Caroline's death has rocked the very core of the British entertainment industry as it highlighted all the mental health-related issues facing the reality TV stars, especially, mental health.

While expressing their deepest condolences, people from ITV media said, 

"Caroline was a much loved member of the ‘Love Island’ team and our sincere thoughts and condolences are with her family and friends."

It all began for Flack after she won the dancing show, 'Strictly Come Dancing' in 2014 alongside her partner, Pasha Kovalev.

Moreover, Flack came to media prominence after her affairs with big-time celebrities including, but not limited to, Prince Harry and Harry Styles. She was also rumored to be dating Molly-Mae Hague’s ex, Bradley Simmonds.

For the past couple of months, Caroline remained tight-lipped about her personal life but used to share a lot of cryptic messages regarding her mental state.

In her last year's post on Instagram, the TV host said, 'she is in a different and weird place and it is quite hard to talk about it to someone as they might feel she is a burden.

Moreover, she also maintained, we should be nice to everyone as one never knows what type of mental state the other person is in right now.
