Netflix Renews Teen Drama Fate: The Winx Saga For Second Season
The newly released Netflix teen drama Fate: The Winx Saga's been renewed for its second season.
Fate: The Winx Saga is definitely one of those eye-catching Netflix series that has had our attention since its first release date on January 22.
According to the officials' announcement on February 18, the teen drama is all set for its second season.
Fate: The Winx Saga is based on Italian cartoon Winx Club.

The creator, Brian Young, let fans know that "The six episodes in season one only scratched the surface of this incredibly rich world and the powerful fairies who inhabit it,"
The famous troublemaking fairiesBloom, Stella, Aisha, Terra, and Musa are played by the talented cast Abigail Cowen, Hannah van der Westhuysen, Elisha Applebaum, and Eliot Salt.

The popularity of the show was also what constituted for Netlfix to start developing the second series. It also helped that the series is based on Winx Club, an Italian animated series that aired on Nickelodeon in the U.S. which had voice casts like Ariana Grande and Elizabeth Gillies.
The CEO of Archery pictures Production Ignio Straffi also said that "Winx connects with audiences in the live-action adaptation the same way it does in animation. Over the years, we have seen Winx grow into a global phenomenon and millions of fans have faithfully followed the show,"

Besides that, the popular streaming site Netflix mentioned that season two production would begin in late 2021 in Ireland. If we calculate the dates, it would be safe to say the series will probably hit the screens in the late summer of 2022.
