Alice Evans Seeks Custody of Kids After Estranged Husband Loan Gruffudd Files Filed For Restraining Order

Actor Loan Gruffudd filed for a domestic violence restraining order against estranged wife Alice Evans on Tuesday, and now the latter has retaliated similarly. Evans, 53, has filed to be in charge of both physical and legal custody of the pair's two kids, Ella, 12, and Elsie, 8, and has requested the court to grant Gruffudd the visitation rights.  

In the court documents, the English actress is also seeking spousal support, her attorney fees to be paid by her estranged husband, and is requesting the court to decide on the possession of their shared home in Los Angeles. Evans cites "irreconcilable differences" as the reason behind their breakup. The Brit earlier accused Loan, who is dating Bianca Wallace, of cheating on her with his now-girlfriend.

Earlier this year, the English actress labeled her estranged husband's girlfriend a psychopath and accused her of using fake Twitter accounts to boast about her sex life with Gruffudd. Hitting back at Evans' claims, Wallace said, "I do not have fake Twitter accounts. I have never Tweeted or engaged with people using a fake Twitter account. I give permission to Twitter to provide information on my Twitter usage."

The Welsh actor met Evans on the sets of 101 Dalmatians and married her in 2007. The Fantastic Four actor announced her split from Evans in Janaury 2021 and filed for divorce in March. Following incessant verbal spats and accusations against Bianca, Gruffudd filed for a restraining order against his daughter's mother, stating "several verbal threats after their separation.

In the document submitted to the court, the Welsh actor requests Evans to keep 100 yards of distance from him and Bianca. Gruffudd reveals he told Alice he was unhappy in their marriage in August 2020, and Evans warned the actor about the repercussions he would bear if he left her. Loan states Evans told him she would make up false stories and accusations if he abandons her.
