The moment was bittersweet for Woods, who lost her husband, Eazy-E, without revealing their daughter's face. Following Eazy-E's death, Woods became the owner of Ruthless Records, founded by Eazy-E in 1987.

The couple first met at a Los Angeles nightclub in 1991, dated for several years, and married just 12 days before Eazy-E's passing in 1995. Despite the tragic loss, Woods courageously raised their two children, providing them with a comfortable upbringing.

The Wright siblings collectively showcase their diverse talents in music and acting, making significant strides in their respective careers.

Father Died in 1995

On February 24, 1995, rapper Eazy-E was admitted to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center with a severe cough and was diagnosed with HIV/AIDS. He publicly disclosed his illness on March 16, 1995, attributing it to a sexual partner.

Despite reconciling with Ice Cube, he succumbed to AIDS-induced pneumonia on March 26, 1995, just a month after diagnosis, at the age of 30 (though often reported as 31 due to a birthdate discrepancy).

Eazy-E's funeral on April 7, 1995, drew over 3,000 attendees, including Ice Cube and DJ Yella. He was laid to rest in a gold casket wearing a flannel shirt, jeans, and his Compton hat. His posthumous album, "Str8 off tha Streetz of Muthaphukkin Compton," was released on January 30, 1996.
