Josh Duggar Found Guilty of Child Pornography

Ex-reality star, Josh Duggar, convicted: His family reacts to the verdict!

On Thursday, TLC's 19 Kids and Counting alum, Josh Duggar, was found guilty of child pornography. A jury convicted the ex-reality star of both receipt and possession of child pornography. Duggar was arrested on April 30 on federal charges of two counts of child pornography; homeland security agent Gerald Faulkner had detailed that the pornography depicted children as young as 18 months to 12 years.

"We appreciate the jury's lengthy deliberations, we respect the jury's verdict, and we intend to appeal," Duggar's attorney, Justin Gelfand, said in a statement. Josh has been taken into custody and now faces 20 years and up to $250,000 fines for each count. Josh's parents, Jim Bob Duggar and his wife, Michelle Duggar, have posted a statement.

"This entire ordeal has been very grievous. Today, God's grace, through the love and prayers of so many, have sustained us. Our hearts and prayers are with anyone who has ever been harmed through CSAM [Child Sexual Abuse Material]," their statement read. Jim and Michelle wrote about supporting their daughter-in-law, Josh's wife, Anna Duggar, and their seven children through this tough time.
