The Bachelor Star Colton Underwood Reveals He is Struggling with Mental Health for Over 14 Years
The Bachelor star Colton Underwood revealed his dog helped him get through all the difficult times.
The Bachelor star of the 23rd season, Colton Underwood, recently revealed he is fighting with mental health issues for the past 14 years. The 27-year-old said his dog helped him through the difficult times.
Colton taking to his Instagram, uploaded a picture of his dog, Sniper, and admitted, "These smiles say it all. This dude doesn't know how much he has helped me in his 14 years of life (103 in dog years) -- through depression, anxiety, and stressful situations."
Colton Underwood said his dog helped him get through all the bad days for over 14 years.

The reality star further added, "Puppies make me happy. Having Sniper by my side has been the best remedy I could have ever hoped for. Love you, buddy. Can't wait to see what this next year has in store for us, my best friend."

Colton, who had his fair shares of criticism during his stint on the 23rd season of 'The Bachelor' when he compared period blood with something disgusting, never shared he was going through depression and anxieties.
Cassie Rudolph's boyfriend added pictures of his Christmas card on 11th Dec, which showed the reality star wearing Santa Claus hat and posing to his two dogs.
