The former Hollywood power couple Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's estranged relationship is only worsening. Jolie, 47, under the Freedom of Information Act, reportedly requested the redacted document anonymously. The disclosed documents provide new insight into the alleged 2016 plane incident, following which Jolie filed for divorce from Pitt.
The previously sealed documents, now made available to both parties, reveal the FBI had investigated Brad. He was accused of menacing his then-wife Jolie and their six kids, Maddox, 21, Pax, 18, Zahara, 17, Shiloh, 16, and twins Vivienne and Knox, 14, while on their way back to California from France.

During their flight from Nice, France, Jolie revealed Pitt, who had been drinking, took her to the restroom, where the former couple had a heated argument. The Bullet Train actor allegedly grabbed Jolie by her head and shoulder while complaining about one of their children. "You're f—ing up this family," Jolie recalls Pitt's exact words.

Jolie alleges the altercation between her and Brad was interrupted by one of their kids, who hurled to Pitt, "It's not her, it's you, you p—k," in response to Pitt's "she's ruining this family, she's crazy." Following this, the Oscar-winning actor reportedly ran toward the kid but was held back by Jolie, who in the process suffered injuries to her back and elbow.
Jolie claimed Pitt physically assaulted her while they were on their flight back from France.

The Maleficent actress' allegations against her kids' daddy were reinforced by photos of her injuries. Angelina recalls another point in the whole fiasco when Brad poured beer on her while she was trying to sleep. The pair's incident was discussed thoroughly by the official in November 2017 before deciding against charging the Bullet Train actor. As per sources, Angelina is seeking answers as to why her ex-husband was not charged over the incident.
"In response to allegations made following a flight within the special aircraft jurisdiction of the United States which landed in Los Angeles carrying Mr. Brad Pitt and his children, the FBI has conducted a review of the circumstances and will not pursue further investigation. No charges have been filed in this matter," FBI spokesperson Laura Eimiller had said in a statement.
"(It) serves no purpose other than being a media stunt meant to inflict pain," said Brad's source.

A source close to Pitt claimed that the Lara Croft actress was digging into the past to inflict max pain on her ex-husband. Popularly dubbed Brangelina, Pitt and Jolie's relationship was a subject of intense media scrutiny for a long time. The pair tied the knots in 2014 and announced their split two years later in 2016. Jolie filed for divorce, citing "irreconcilable difference," in September, and the split was finalized in April 2019.
