A new book looks into what your life would look like if you were Keanu Reeves' girlfriend.

2019 is Keanu Reeves' year, and there is no doubt about it, the man is enjoying a weird resurgence after over 30 years in the movie industry. First thing, this type of renaissance never happens; second, the internet is going crazy over everything Keanu does.

Keanu was dubbed the internet’s boyfriend, and everything he does is closely watched by fans all over the world. If the fandom wasn’t enough now a book is coming out written by Marisa Polansky imagining what it would be like if Keanu were your boyfriend. In the book entitled ‘If Keanu Were Your Boyfriend: The Man, The Myth, The WHOA!” the writer brings original art by various artists and illustrates various quotes made by the actor himself.

The sudden renaissance of Keanu’s career is all attributed to the magnificent John Wick movie which announced Keanu back into the action game. Keanu was a fan favorite from back in the Bill & Ted days, but this movie gained a new life after the home media release, and ever since then the former Matrix star is setting milestone with the John Wick franchise.

Keanu recently starred in Toy Story 4 which is on its way to $1 billion and then to make matter worse for fans he played exaggerated version of himself in the hilariously good movie ‘Always Be My Maybe.’ The amount of love showered on Keanu is unreal and unbearable at times which resulted in fans calling for Keanu to be in the MCU and Kevin Feige saying they are talking to Keanu for every movie. Keanu was also rumored to be in the new Fast & Furious spinoff Hobbs & Shaw, but it never happened.

The book though is almost like a tongue in cheek way of showing the love people shower on Keanu. The book will contain spreads of different work by multiple artists, along with quotes by Keanu and illustration by the writer. In an exclusive preview of the book obtained by EW, four spreads of the book are shown, and they are really funny.

The first illustration provided to EW tells the preference of sandwich by Keanu and how easy it is to please the man. The illustration starts with a little heading, “Keanu, the greatest thing since sliced bread.” Then provides a quote by Keanu about how he like his sandwich, “A hot pastrami sandwich, with Russian and mustard. On rye. With a kosher dill pickle. Sliced in quarters. With some potato chips. And a Coca-Cola on crushed ice.” The writer says the choice is a bit much but also explains it is achievable.

In the second illustration tells the story of how Keanu just keeps getting hotter and hotter with age. The illustration is beautiful, and the writers' explanation is funny as well as correct.

The third illustration shows Keanu sitting on the couch, holding a dog, and talks about how much he likes to stay at home and play his records.

Finally, the last illustration talks about how much money Keanu made from his movies, and if you were Keanu’s girlfriend, then you wouldn’t need to worry about money ever.
