Jenelle Evans Responds To Teen Mom 2 Firing!

After getting fired from Teen Mom 2, Jenelle Evans reacts for the first time!

Jenelle Evans spoke up about her termination from Teen Mom 2. The reality star admitted she was 'a little bit shocked,' but not bitter, about being fired from her career-defining show after her husband David Eason killed the family's pet French bulldog, Nugget which led to advertisers taking off from the show.

'I was a little bit shocked but I saw it coming,' Evans told "US weekly" on Wednesday. 'It's shocking still but I respect their decision and have nothing but love for MTV.'

Jenelle said that while she's 'still upset' about her dismissal from the series, she will 'continue to try what's best for me and my family.' After these confessions, people are believing she has almost already forgiven Eason who as for himself was remorseless throughout the incident and continued to insist the dog had behaved aggressively toward their two-year-old daughter, Ensley.

'I'm working to fix my marriage as well and moving forward,' said Evans, who initially said she was considering divorcing Eason in the wake of a pooch’s killing, which took place at the family's North Carolina home. 'This is a new chapter for me and my family.'

The mother-of-three said Eason has been by her side following her firing, which comes more than a year after MTV fired her husband in February of last year after he made offensive remarks to the LGBTQ community.

'David has been here for me since the news broke, he told me to not worry about it and to stay positive,' said Evans, who tied the knot with David in September 2017.

Jenelle said her mother Barbara is also concerned by the debacle, adding that she hopes the situation could be a turning point in their chaotic relationship.

Evans said, 'This is a new chapter for both of us! I plan to keep the relationship with my mom close and watch Jace grow into the young man he's becoming.'

Earlier this week, MTV issued a statement, that read: 'We have stopped filming with Jenelle Eason as of April 6, 2019, and have no plans to cover her story in the upcoming season.' The studio further added, 'MTV ended its relationship with David Eason over a year ago in February 2018 and has not filmed any new episodes of Teen Mom 2 with him since.'

Despite a clear statement from the network's, Evans is still being optimistic for her titular show as recently the actress said she would gladly come back to MTV, adding she always had a 'special place in my heart' for the network.

As for Jenelle's castmates, they are not showing any relevance reactions to her ejection from the show as earlier on Tuesday they said the action was long "past due."

“ANYONE that condones/contributes/doesn’t PREVENT or STOP animal cruelty or the murder of an innocent animals life is SICK & I REFUSE to be affiliated with! I want to sympathize for my former castmate but at this point, I can’t. ENOUGH is ENOUGH!!!” wrote the Teen Mom 2 star Leah Messer.

On the same note, Chelsea DeBoer father, Randy Houska wrote, “I certainly think it was far past due, and that they really drug their [sic] a** doing it. But I worry for the kids, and since we’ve been in this for 10 years together, I worry about Jenelle.”
